Bad service, didn’t receive all my scripts, had to make another trip back, and not offered anything for their mistake. Another time promised script on the 18th, never filled till the 19th. Receive the 1st shot for Covid. I never ever heard from them about the 2nd shot. Pass time now, so I guess I won’t get it. Too many mistakes, looking for a new pharmacy to transfer my $5,000 worth of meds each month!!
I love this place, been my choice of pharmacies’ for 12 years. Even though I have moved, I still go see the great people at Denver Health Pharmacy. Thanks for everything. Gil, the best pharmacist, and staff around, highly recommend it.
Pencol Compounding Pharmacy is definitely not the closest pharmacy to my house or work. But I have driven across the metro before just to come here since the staff is so nice. Especially the pharmacist and staff who were there this afternoon–they are great. They remember my name and face and even what meds I’m taking. Always excellent service, and very patient and friendly on the phone as well. I wish I could give them six stars! (and seriously, who gets excited about a pharmacy???)

I order compounds from ClearSpring Pharmacy for a while now. The girls are always so kind and nice and helpful. Even when I have an issue, they don’t get stressed or nasty. I do pay a little more but.. you get what you pay for, trust me. They put me first, the compounds first, I deal with another compounding pharmacy, and it is a nightmare. I appreciate these kind people and what they do. My husband even said this morning after we got our package, wouldn’t it be nice if all our stuff was packed this way.
I had to go for my first Covid shot. I stood in line for two hours and 45 minutes. And they said I had to walk around the store for 15 minutes after I receive my shot. No place to sit, only seven chairs in the whole place. Stay away from this place when it comes to getting your shot. The staff was not very friendly.
The Pharmacy Staff has been a Great and Reliable help to me in keeping up with my many medications. They take extra efforts in contacting Drs and Insurance all in a Timely Manner. They are always exceptionally friendly and make sure I’m knowledgeable about any questions or concerns. I’m mainly rating the drive-through as that is all I really use. It is very slow, and the line sometimes goes out to the road. I’ve waited 30+ minutes for a prescription that I either called ahead for or previously stopped by. I’ve been going inside, where the service is pretty fast and takes less than 10 minutes.
