Our insurance-backed remodelers warranty program is available in two coverage options:  one-year coverage for workmanship and materials; two-year coverage for wiring, piping, and ductwork; and 10-year coverage for major structural defects or 10-year major structural defects only.

StrucSure’s foundation repair warranty program covers the downward movement of installed piers on a residential property for 10 years after project completion.

StrucSure’s UBuildIt warranty program was designed with both the owner/builder and franchisee in mind and provides structural coverage against failure of the load-bearing portions of home(s) built under the UBuildIt program.

StrucSure’s Owner/Builder warranty program was designed for those people who handle the construction of their new home and provides structural coverage against failure of the load-bearing portions of the home they build.

StrucSure’s Texas Home Re-Elevation warranty program was designed for contractors who provide home re-elevation services in Galveston County, Texas and includes a five-year warranty for workmanship and materials; a five-year warranty for wiring, piping, and ductwork, and a five-year warranty for major structural defects.

StrucSure’s Light Commercial Construction program was developed for builders and contractors working on commercial projects including, convenience stores, office buildings, retail facilities, detached garages, commercial space under residential units, commercial space within a residential development like a clubhouse, and any other ancillary commercial units related to or accompanied by residential exposures that are warranted by StrucSure.

StrucSure’s Manufactured/Modular Home warranty program was designed for manufacturers and/or dealer/builders and includes a one-year warranty for workmanship and materials; a two-year warranty on wiring, piping, and ductwork; and a 10-year warranty that covers major structural defects.
